- How quickly can we expect our order to ship?

Stock orders received before noon will ship the same day. After noon, they will ship the next day. Make-to-order takes longer time, it depends on the project specifications.
- What is the transit time from your plant to our location?

Of course. It depends on where your location, but with the availability of truck transportation service, “next day” can be achieved within several hundred kilometers of our plants. In other instances, it will usually ship on the second day. For different country, it depends on the shipping time, please feel free to contact us.
- Where are your warehouses located?

JUNEN carries one of the largest inventories of metal mesh/metal wire products in Taiwan. We have warehouse located at Kaohsiung, that carries inventory for our wire conveyor belt, wire mesh, perforated metal, expanded metal, safety grating, razor barbed tape wire, chain link fence, welded mesh and architectural metal products ,etc.
- What are your hours of operation?

Our normal hours are 8:00 A.M to 17:00 P.M, Taiwan GMT+8 (Monday-Friday).
- Can you assist me with technical questions?

JUNEN team is experienced, professional, and well trained. Also, we even expected our employees are the metal experts in this industry. Although they are not architects or engineers, they can answer many of your metal questions. When questions are other fields of their expertise, they will often be able to help you by consulting with others inside or outside of our company.
- What kind of quality control do you have?

Our materials are closely inspected and labeled on arrival in our warehouse and again on shipment to our customers. At least two people are involved in this inspection process, both in and out. Shipping a quality product to you is our priority.
- What is your return policy?

We will take anything back, once we ensure that it originally came from us and with good condition, and if it is a normally stocked item. However, there is a minimal charge to cover the expenses to do so. In the event of our error or a quality problem which is not your own, the refund can be returned after approval.
- What fabrication processes do you offer?

With our top of the line, we offer a complete list of fabrication processes. Our fabrication capabilities include wire conveyor belt, expended metal, perforated, razor Barbed tape wire, barbed wire, chain link fence, and welded mesh.
